In our laboratory, we can generate combined extreme conditions: High pressures up to 15 GPa, High magnetic fields up to 9T, and Very low temperatures down to 10mK.
We are, especially, interested in strongly correlated electron systems: the pressure-induced superconductivity, the quantum phase transition under multi-extreme conditions, and so on. Many fields of research in condensed matter physics have been coverd in our laboratory.
From experimental point of view, we are also interested in developing new type of high pressure cells.
